Christopher Sullivan has experience in the Texas mortgage and real estate industries dating back to May 2013. Upon passing the February 2016 bar exam and graduating from SMU Dedman School of Law in May 2016, Christopher began his practice drafting loan closing documents for Texas mortgage lenders and title companies. Since then, Christopher has partnered with Alamo Title Company to provide residential and commercial title insurance and escrow service and is licensed with TREC to provide and instruct elective CE courses for Texas real estate agents. Christopher regularly counsels Texas real estate agents and brokers on important real estate issues, including contract review and navigating regulations affecting their business. In addition, Christopher assists lenders in maintaining compliance throughout origination and regularly provides post-closing lender compliance reviews to improve operations. Outside of work, Christopher frequently volunteers with organizations in Dallas and Denton Counties with his wife, Kelsey. He also enjoys spending weekends at his family’s ranch in Sunset, Texas.

Kent is a well-seasoned attorney who brings with him more than thirty-five years of experience in representing clients in cases with venues in the State, Federal, and Appellate courts. His broad experience includes several areas of law including contracts, business entities, real estate transactions, insurance coverage claims and more. He has handled in excess of thirty appellate cases including presentation of a Petition for a Writ of Certiorari to the United States Supreme Court.

After graduating cum laude from West Texas State University in 1981, where he was also a member of Alpha Chi and Pi Gamma Mu, Kent moved further south to Lubbock where he earned his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1984.

Through his vast experience, Kent has leaned to thoroughly and meticulously review each case in order to distill the essential points and elements they may contain. He does so because each cases’ success greatly depends on the advocation of those specific facts, essential points, and key elements that encompass it.

Wade Goertz is an Estate Planning attorney in DFW and a licensed State Bar member. He enjoys providing his clients with peace of mind and smooth generational wealth transfer in a manner that pays for itself. After joining the State Bar in 2015, his focus has been in Estate Planning, Probate, and Medicaid Consulting. He is often asked to speak at seminars and at community events, and is the author of a book, Foundational Estate Planning in Texas. He enjoys working with families on a strategy specific to their needs and an estate plan that is best suited to protect future generations. Aside from helping families ensure their affairs are in order, Wade enjoys spending time with his wife Callie and their Jack Russell Terrior, Halo.
